For over 25 years, Chris McTaggart worked in professional kitchens across Ontario and around the world. From fine dining to farm-to-table, he honed his craft in some of the best restaurants, always chasing flavor and excellence.

But no matter where he was cooking, one question kept following him: Where did this food actually come from?
